All prices are in US dollars.

Taxes and Other Charges

Important: Kindly note that all taxes, import duties and any charges incurred at customs are the responsibility of the customer. Infinity & Caty will not be held liable should any package be delayed or seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.

Please ensure that you are informed of any additional costs and your country's import guidelines prior to placing any order with us.

U.S. customers

Big Cartel automatically calculates, collects, and remits any applicable U.S. sales tax on all orders shipping to or within the U.S. You can see the rate upon checking out.

We offer shipping to: Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States. Kindly contact us if your country is not in the above list.

All packages shipped internationally are sent via Singapore Post Registered small parcel and the tracking number will be emailed to you.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policies

Infinity & Caty sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All our products are unique and do not have identical stocks in hand, therefore exchange is not allowed.
