Please read the policies carefully before using the site. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. Firstly, we wish you a pleasant shopping experience with us. All our products are handmade unless otherwise specified and hence every item has its own unique color variation, it is unlikely to be 100% identical as we do not mass produce them. Return/Refund/Exchange Policies

All sales are final. Note that flaws on handmade items are inevitable. We do not accept returns (for hygiene purposes) or offer refunds. All our products are unique and do not have identical stocks in hand, therefore exchange is not allowed.

Product Description/Information

Our products may vary slightly from the product images as these serve illustrative purposes only. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to our lighting conditions or different device calibration. However, please be assured that we do strive to ensure that the descriptions and images are close to the actual product as much as possible. We will not sell any products that have any major flaw.

Minor flaws or variations in measurements are not considered as a defect!

Orders

We reserve the right to accept or decline any orders received through our site. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with us and this is a form of contract between both parties to signify our acceptance of your order.

If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you. This might be due to the product being out of stock, or unexpected limits on our resources that we could not foresee, or we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Orders will only be confirmed after payment is received. We reserve the right to not fulfill orders if we have not received payment within 5 hours from time of checkout.

Payment

We accept debit/cerdit card payments through Stripe.

Orders will be confirmed only after payment is received and will be processed within 1-3 working days.

Shipping

We offer shipping to: Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States. Kindly contact us if your country is not in the above list.

All packages shipped internationally are sent via Singapore Post Registered Airmail and the tracking number will be emailed to you.

Singapore orders will be sent via Singpost Smartpac with tracking.

Do note that customers will need to bear for any cost associated with re-postage due to incomplete/wrong address.

We reserve the rights to charge the amount of postage deem fit according to the weight of your item(s).

Products Care

Our handcrafted artisan keycap & jewellery are delicate and appropriate care should be taken. Please refer to our products care for more details.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store, sell, modify, publish or in any other manner to re-use any material from our website.

Content Updates

We may update the content on our site at any time. If there are any changes to the policies for the site, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of the site declares your acceptance to the policies posted.
